  1. To keep things simple items are priced by linear foot only, as measured by yourself and confirmed by Fitzy's place staff, rounded to the nearest foot.
  2. Items in the building must be plugged into a working batter tender or have the batteries removed.
  3. Items will be moved by Fitzy's Place staff when inside of the building or closely observed while parking inside.
  4. If you hope to work on your item while it is being stored, you must request a spot near the door so it can be worked on outside. Space for this will obviously be limited.
  5. You will have access to your items during regular business hours, but the doors will be locked 24/7 and owners will have their own codes to the building and bathrooms so we know who is in the building at all times.
  6. For April and May there will be two sets of a Friday-Saturday when pickup of your item is free. These dates will be posted on the website. Other than that, it will be the last Saturday of the month is free. Also, by appointment, an hourly rate of $95 for assisting you to get your item out.
  7. Proof of ownership and replacement-value insurance must be provided by the customer.

  • Indoor $16 per linear foot for large items on wheels
  • Indoor $75 per month for Motorcycles/ATV's
  • Outdoor with electrical hook up $115 per month
  • Outdoor not plugged in: Items on wheels under 18 feet are $80 per month and over 18 feet is $100 per month.
  • Boats on stands please email or call to figure out availability and pricing. This can be both indoor and outdoor.
